Deposit Terms

A compulsory  deposit is required for  all appointment bookings. The purpose of this deposit is to secure your appointment slot and demonstrate your commitment to the scheduled service. By requiring a deposit, we can better manage our resources, allocate time efficiently, and provide our services to as many clients as possible.

We understand that circumstances may change, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can have a significant impact on our operations. It results in lost opportunities for other clients who could have utilized that time slot and affects the livelihood of our dedicated staff.

To address this concern, we have implemented a cancellation policy. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future appointment, as we will have ample time to fill the vacant slot. If we can fill your slot, even with less than 48 hours' notice then the deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. The more notice we receive, the better the chances of finding a replacement and retaining your deposit. In the case of bringing multiple dogs, an additional12 hours notice is required per additional dog.

However, if the appropriate notice is not given, and the appointment cannot be filled within the allotted time, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy allows us to compensate for the financial and operational impact caused by sudden cancellations, ensuring the sustainability and continuity of our business.

By doing so, you not only support our small business but also contribute to the overall efficiency and fairness of our appointment system. By paying a deposit, you agree to all of the terms and conditions associated with booking your appointment.
