How long will my groom take and/or cost?
We can give a rough estimate of the length of time required, or cost of a groom over the phone or via email - however a full quote will need to be made after an in person assessment as there are several factors that can affect these figures. Additional fee's may be charged if issues, such as fleas or severe matting, are found during the grooming process. ​ ​
Do I have to book a puppy package?
No, but we highly recommend it as we dedicate the full 60 minutes per session to giving your puppy the most thorough introduction possible. The acclimatisation to the grooming process is an investment, that will pay itself back in the future - as it hopefully means you won't have to contend with matting or behavioural fees in future appointments.
Do you have to crate my dog?
We don't like keeping dogs in crates either, however we have designed ours to be particularly spacious - even to the largest of breed. Keeping dogs crated whilst they wait is vital to keeping them out of harms way. We will try to only ever crate your pet if you arrive early to your appointment, or are late picking them up. To help us minimise any crating time, please be prompt on arrival and collection.
What products will you use on my dog?
We use only premium pet products, and will tailor the best selection of products for your pet after an assessment of their skin and coat condition. ​ We're looking into additional treatments to become available very soon! Keep your eyes peeled!
